Most of our customers have already experienced the high level of customer service and technical support that Excosoft offers on a daily basis. However, if you are having database problems and would like to report this online, we will always follow up your case and ensure you continue to have the tools to complete your daily tasks. The most efficient way to report an issue is to enter it into the the bug reporting system, JIRA so we can record and monitor your specific case.
