General conditions for seminars and courses

1. Definitions - The customer is the juridical or physical person that is liable for the seminar. An order's value is the agreed price for the entire order or the sum of the ordered number of participants multiplied by the agreed price per participant per day, in addition to the price of special services that are ordered.
2. Ordering - Orders may be made orally or in writing. The company will in writing, such as electronic mail confirm receiving the order. 
3. Special requests - If there are certain desires regarding allergies, functional disability or such, we ask you to convey this at the time of placing the order. The same applies if the person placing the order needs specific security arrangements.
4. Payment - Seats can not be guaranteed before the payment has been recieved.
5. Force majeure - Strikes, lockouts, fire, major limitations in supplies or other circumstances beyond the company's control gives the company right to revoke the deal without paying damages.
6. Cancellation - The Company shall acknowledge a cancellation in writing for it to be invoked. If a cancellation would occur four weeks before the beginning of the event the full fee will be repaid. If a cancellation would occur less than four weeks, but more than one before the event 50% will be repaid. If a cancellation would occur less than one week before the event 10% will be repaid.
