Can the costs to produce manuals really be reduced by almost 80%? - Mats Broberg at FLIR Systems knows you can.
After an extensive search in 2001, where over 15 vendors were candidates, FLIR Systems chose Excosoft Skribenta as the software system to handle their documentation.
Since then, FLIR have calculated that they have saved 75% to 80% of the cost of handling the same amount of information as before the implementation. External translation costs been reduced dramatically, by about 25% to 30%.
